Our institute is located in the beautiful Brandenburg area, just outside the gates of the state capital of Potsdam, and south-west from the federal capital Berlin. Due to our strategically favourable location, you can easily and simply reach us in Nuthetal in various ways.
By automobile
Nuthetal / Bergholz-Rehbrücke is on Autobahn A115, which connects Berlin with the triangle of Nuthetal (A10 / Berliner Ring). Take the "Saarmund" exit and then follow the signs in the direction of Potsdam. In Bergholz-Rehbrücke, you will reach the IGV about 200m after ARAL petrol station.
By train
The institute is about 10 minutes on foot from the Potsdam-Rehbrücke train station. Regular train connections safely and securely take you to the IGV from the Berlin main train station (RE7 travel time: approx. 30min to Potsdam-Rehbrücke) and Potsdam main train station (travel time from there by streetcar: approx. 10min).
By air
Travel to Berlin via the Tegel and Schönefeld airports. From these airports, there are rapid connections to public local traffic into Bergholz-Rehbrücke. For example, you can take the RE7 from Schönefeld to Potsdam-Rehbrücke.
